All winter ski 2005 package prices are based on 1€=1.22$ and subject to change until deposit is received.  Sometimes at the time of booking your price maybe quoted based on a different exchange rate and guaranteed in USD.  If so the above rate and following clause is irrelevant.   Ski Alpine Experience will absorb ‘minor’ changes in currency rates with no change on USD prices. However changes above 2% will be reflected on the confirmation after reservation is made and will increase or decrease USD package price by a lesser amount as airfare is not effected. In the result of a ‘small’ increase in package price this change will binding on the client provided it does not result in a more than 10% increase in package price. If currency movements mean that the package price has increased by more than 10% than the client will be advised at the time of reservation before SAE will accept his deposit.

All Ski Pack Prices are at time of publication guaranteed to be less expensive that the resort price. If at the time of reservation currency movements are greater than 5% ski pack prices will be readjusted accordingly. As an additional guarantee if upon your arrival in the resort the dollar has appreciated and local price s are less you will be given a refund of the difference plus 20%.

US Departure taxes, any fuel charges, and security fees are not included and will be communicated to the client approximately 30 days prior to departure and are payable upon receipt of this communication.  These charges are the same that appear on your Q line of your ticket.

A non-refundable deposit of 300 USD per adult is due at time of reservation. Upon receipt of reservation SAE will confirm package availability and if applicable communicate any ‘small’ currency surcharges or discounts in a written ‘confirmation’ within two business days. If SAE is unable to timely confirm reservation due to hotel or airline unavailability client will have option to accept alternate proposal or cancel with no penalty and will be refunded his deposit.

Prices are 100% guaranteed in USD for both Ski Packages and Ski Packs once confirmation is made. As an added bonus Ski Pack prices are also guaranteed to be lower than resort prices at time of reservation and upon arrival in the resort. Unless otherwise stated trip balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure or is subject to cancellation by SAE with forfeiture of deposit amount to SAE. Cancellations made 30-44 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee of entire invoice amount. Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to departure result in a 75 % cancellation fee of entire invoice amount. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to departure result in a 100% loss by client of all monies paid.
