Other departure cities are available upon request including small towns served by United (air supplement required). If you arrive into your Europe ski gateway (e.g. Geneva for France) on any non-stop flights operated by United, Lufthansa or Austrian it probably possible to continue on to a European destination as far away as Istanbul without paying a large supplement.
